MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Congratulations to the baseball team for capturing the sectional title against Madison. They play in the district final tonight at Kings High School at 5 p.m.

The softball team also plays in the district final tomorrow at Tipp City at 11 a.m. Admission is $6.00 for each game. Directions are in the office.

Senior National Honor Society members should check in room 225 at 2:30 today.

Badin Juniors are hosting the Pounds for Pets Walk this Saturday. It starts at 11 a.m. and costs $20. You can receive service hours and win cool prizes. Any questions, ask Katelyn Kreke or Theresa Salerno.

Come out and watch the Kickball Tournament this weekend. Games start at 12. The final game will be at 6:30 with the faculty playing the students. $2 admission.

The Anime Club will meet Wednesday after school in Mr. Reamy’s room for the last meeting of the year. Food and drink will be provided.

Would-be Ambassadors check the bulletin board to see if you have been pre-approved into the program for next year or if you need to interview. If you need to interview, please sign up in the Development Office. Interviews are next week on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Allen or Mrs. Gray.

Those who ordered the graduation yard signs can pick them up in room 105.

The 1st Annual Paige’s Princess 5K Walk/Run takes place this Saturday at Wyandot Elementary in Liberty Township. We need student volunteers and participants for this event. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the 5K walk starts at 10:30 a.m. This event is in memory of Paige Alessandro, a former St. Max parishioner who died after battling a spinal vascular disease in 2010. The proceeds of this event will benefit Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. See Mr. Hosmer to sign-up today!

The City of Hamilton hosts its “Operation Clean Sweep” this Saturday, May 21st from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. We invite all Badin students, faculty and staff to meet at Partners in Prime, located at South B Street and Ross Avenue. This is a great way to earn service hours and spruce-up our town. Interested? Sign up in religion class. Religion teachers, please encourage your students to sign up for Hamilton’s “Not in My Backyard” campaign!

Service hours for freshmen, sophomores & juniors are due no later than Tuesday, May 31st.
